As rabid a Patriots fan as you will find, Bluto is known for giving the "when the Germans invaded pearl harbor" speech whenever things look bad for the Pats. When he is not at Patriot games Danny is a country rock star with the band Cottonwood. (make sure you visit Cottonwood's website: www.cottonwoodfans.com – they certainly are not shy about showing their Patriots loyalty).

During a tailgate, Bluto can often be heard going on fragmented rants about a variety of topics. While those rants may be disjointed, if you listen carefully, Bluto usually has a pearl of wisdom regarding the "meaning of life." (His motto – “It’s all good”). Bluto's die hard Patriots status reached epic proportions during the 2001 season and in particular during the San Diego game when he declared with the thunder of a Baptist preacher that "The Pats where going to come back and win this game and then go on to the Super Bowl." With the Patriots record at 1-3 and trailing by ten points in the game, Bluto’s rant was shear lunacy. His rant continued: “And we are watching the Super Bowl in the field between our houses.” (Dreamer and Bluto live within a couple of hundred yards through woods). Needless to say, the Patriots made it to the Super Bowl in New Orleans and Bluto and Dream constructed a make shift living room in the middle of the woods, running cable and electricity in violation of every town ordinance imaginable. Much to the amazement of family and friends, they sat in 20-degree temperature watching our beloved Patriots dismantle the St. Louis Rams. Blutarski -- Prophet or Lunatic? You be the judge
